Product Performance
1. The total rated loads listed in the rated load tables indicate the crane's maximum lifting capacity, including the weight of the hook block and slings, when the crane is set up on firm and level ground. The rated lifting load should be reduced by the weight of the above-mentioned gadgets.
2. The operator should know the weight of the load to be lifted and its working range before beginning the lifting operation, and then pick appropriate working circumstances. Never run the crane over the chart's maximum capacity. When the boom length or working radius is between the range of values, use the lower number from the chart.
3. Keep an eye on the maximum boom angle. Even if no cargo is being carried, never operate the crane with the boom angle over the recommended limit. The crane will tip if this does not happen.
4. Extend the boom according to the telescoping code, which indicates the proportion of boom parts that have been expanded.
5. The working radius displayed in the rated load charts is the radius when the load is raised off the ground and includes loaded boom deflection. Before initiating a lifting operation, consider the deflection of the boom.
