XCMG pavers offer a comprehensive product portfolio, ranging from small, medium, and large, covering diverse road construction needs. Their core performance parameters are industry-leading. The star model, the RP1655, represents the 16-meter-class wide-width paver. It boasts a maximum paving width of 16 meters, flexibly adjustable paving thickness from 50mm to 300mm, and a theoretical paving speed of 0-18m/min. Equipped with a large 3.8m³ hopper, it can carry a larger amount of asphalt mixture per batch. During highway construction, it forms a collaborative "paving and compacting" system with XCMG rollers, achieving an average daily production of 2.5 kilometers, a 15% improvement in efficiency compared to competing products in the same class. The large flagship RP2005 is the "King of Wide-Width Construction," boasting a maximum paving width of 20 meters. Designed specifically for ultra-wide pavement, such as airport runways and municipal arterial roads, its 263kW diesel engine maintains stable power output even under heavy loads, achieving a paving density exceeding 98%. In an international airport expansion project, three RP2005s operated simultaneously, completing the asphalt paving of 120,000 square meters of runway in just 45 days, achieving a 100% first-time acceptance rate.

Small and medium-sized models also performed exceptionally well. The RP953, designed for rural roads and residential areas, boasts a maximum paving width of 9.5 meters and a total weight of only 28 tons. It offers enhanced maneuverability and a minimum turning radius of 5.5 meters, making it suitable for narrow construction sites. In a rural road reconstruction project, the RP953, thanks to its flexible operation, achieved an average daily construction progress of 1.2 kilometers, while maintaining a road surface smoothness tolerance within 3mm, far exceeding industry standards.
