1. Power system failure

2. Abnormal milling rotor
Excessive vibration: uneven wear of cutter heads (tools need to be replaced in groups) or bearing lubrication failure (add high-temperature lithium-based grease)
Deep control failure: check ultrasonic sensor contamination or hydraulic cylinder leakage

3. Hydraulic system problem
Oil temperature is too high (>80℃): radiator blockage or hydraulic oil contamination (ISO cleanliness needs to reach 18/16)
Pressure fluctuation: main pump wear or solenoid valve stuck (clean the valve core with kerosene)

Quick diagnosis process
1. Fault code priority: read ECU code through the on-board OBD interface (such as CAT ET or Dealer software)
2. Sensory judgment: locate the abnormal sound location (use a stethoscope to distinguish mechanical/hydraulic noise)
3. Parameter comparison: Compare the oil pressure (20-25MPa), speed (1500±50rpm) and other data during normal operation

‌1. Power system abnormality‌
*Cold start difficulty: Check the working status of the preheat plug and confirm whether the fuel grade meets the ambient temperature requirements (-35# diesel is required in winter)
*Unstable power output: Clean the air flow meter and detect the resistance value of the common rail pressure sensor (normal range 0.5-2.5Ω)

2‌. DPF regeneration failure‌
*Warning light is always on: Perform the parking regeneration process, ensure that the water temperature is ≥65℃ and there are no flammable materials around the engine compartment
*Regeneration interruption: Check the blockage of the urea nozzle and clear it with a special cleaning agent (the PH value must match the stainless steel material)

3. High temperature of the hydraulic system‌
*Intermittent overheating: Clean the radiator fins (compressed air pressure ≤0.3MPa), check the viscosity of the hydraulic oil (46-68cSt at 40℃)
*Emulsified oil: Immediately replace the hydraulic oil of the whole machine and check the sealing of the water cooler (pressurize to 1.5Bar pressure test)

4. Electrical system false alarm
*Sensor failure: calibrate ultrasonic level meter (error within ±3cm), reset CAN bus communication protocol
*Controller freeze: disconnect the negative pole of the battery for 10 minutes to force reset, upgrade the firmware to V2.5 or above
