When the cylinder head bolts are tightened, part of the grease will be squeezed into the cylinder water channel and oil channel. When the cylinder is working, the high-temperature and high-pressure gas will easily impact the grease between the cylinder gaskets, destroying the cylinder gasket and causing air leakage. In addition, grease will produce carbon deposits when it is in high temperature for a long time, causing the cylinder gasket to age and deteriorate prematurely.

4. Inadequate tire pressure control: Tire pressure control is very important. Too little will cause the equipment to drive hard, not only increasing fuel consumption, but also causing great wear on the tires; too high pressure will cause excessive tension on the tires, and it is easy to cause tire blowouts under high temperatures in summer. Some people who like to inflate the tires need to pay attention.

5. Tightness of bolts between parts: Some drivers often tighten the screws and bolts on the equipment to ensure the stability of the connection between mechanical components. This will make the connection between the machines too tight, but it will also cause the bolts and screws to bear too much force and break and slip.

6. Wrong cooling method: When the roller is working under high load, it will emit a lot of heat, causing the water tank of the hydraulic press to boil as the temperature rises. 7.
